1. Purpose
These general terms govern the use of the RYZ Labs website and the ordering of research products.
2. Permitted Use
All products are sold exclusively for laboratory and in-vitro research. They are not intended for human consumption, medical, therapeutic or diagnostic use. The buyer agrees to use them in accordance with this purpose and applicable regulations.
3. Eligibility
Orders are reserved for research professionals and authorised persons. You declare you are of legal age and have the required status to order.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in euros including VAT. Payment is due at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse an order.
5. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours, delivery within Europe only. Delivery times are indicative. Risk passes to the carrier upon delivery.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Given the nature of the products (research materials), and in accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for opened sealed products. Unopened products may be subject to a request within 14 days.
7. Warranties and Liability
Products are supplied according to the certificate of analysis specifications. RYZ Labs cannot be held liable for use that does not comply with these terms or the research purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
All elements of the site (trademarks, texts, visuals) are the property of RYZ Labs. Any reproduction is prohibited without authorisation.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law applicable within the European Union. Any dispute falls under the competent courts.
